中文摘要: 本项研究利用紫外线吸收剂优异的抗紫外辐射性能、阳离子型水溶性大分子的抗菌性和对棉纤维的高亲和力以及共价交联键合的持久稳定作用,将二苯甲酮类和苯并三唑类小分子紫外线吸收剂母体通过不同方法结构修饰,采用接枝的方法,引入合成的具有可反应基团、阳离子特性和可交联反应特性的氨基烯烃聚合物。设计合成了高亲和力、牢度性能优异的抗紫外、抗菌棉用功能大分子整理剂,并研究了其构性关系和应用。明确了小分子紫外线吸收剂分子结构修饰与其反应能力、抗紫外辐射性能的相关性;总结出大分子化方法对试剂性能的影响;明确了功能大分子抗紫外性能变化规律,探讨了其抗菌性。研究表明这种通过超分子作用、多点复合交联的方法进行棉织物功能整理,牢度性能优异,从而为建立功能大分子整理体系提供新思路。

英文摘要: In this project, high substantive and permanent effective anti-UV and antimicrobial functional macromolecules are designed and synthesized through the methods of structure modification of benzophenone and benzotriazole-type UV absorbers, grafting, and crosslinking by utilizing the excellent anti-UV performance of UV absorbers, the antimicrobial property and high substantivity to cotton fibers of cationic water-soluble macromolecules and the permanent stability of covalent crosslinking. And the relationship of the structures of the functional macromolecules and their properties and application were studied. In the project, the pertinence of the modified UV absorbers and their reactivity and anti-UV performance have been specified; the effect of the polymerization methods on the properties of the functional macromolecules was summarized; the change rule of the anti-UV properties of the macromolecules was determined and the antimicrobial properties were explored. The research showed that the fastness properties of the finished cotton fabrics with the macromolecular agents were excellent by utilizing supra-molecular interaction and multi-spot complex crosslinking between the agents and cotton fibers. It provides new notion for establishing finishing system of cotton and other fibers with functional macromolecules.
