中文摘要: 充分描述道路交通网络固有的随机动态特性可以得到更为契合实际路网交通状 态的设计方案,为道路交通网络的实时管理与控制提供决策依据。本项目综合运用前景理论、 脆弱性分析、鲁棒优化等理论和方法解决随机动态环境下的网络设计问题,可以深入刻划系 统的随机动态运行特征,并提高路网运行效率,得到具有重要的理论价值和广阔的应用前景。 本项目的主要研究内容为:描述随机动态环境下出行者出行行为及网络状态的基于累积前景 理论的动态配流模型;建立评价道路交通网络随机性能的综合脆弱性指标;构建随机动态环 境下的网络设计的鲁棒优化模型,并研究相应的有效算法。

英文摘要: Road network is inherent stochastic dynamic, describing this character detailedly is helpful to obtain more realistic and practical design scheme for real road network's traffic situation, and can also provide stratagem basis and theory support for road network's real-time management and control. This project is aimed to solve network design problem under stochastic dynamic condition. The theories and methods including proposal theory, vulnerability analysis and robustness optimization are adopted for research. This project can reveal stochastic dynamic character of transportation system, improve network operation efficiency and has important theoretical value and wide application prospect. The main contents of this project are as follows: first, building a dynamic traffic assignment model based on cumulative proposal theory to describe travel behavior and network's traffic state under stochastic dynamic condition; then, establishing integrated vulnerability indexes to evaluate road network's stochastic performance and at last establishing a robustness optimization model for network design under stochastic dynamic condition and analyzing the solution methods.
