中文摘要: 本项目针对智慧城市建设需求,在城市信息资源调查和规划的基础上,运用全息信息论建立城市地理空间信息模型和知识本体模型;通过城市空间数据整合、信息整合和知识整合,将离散的、多元的、异构的、分布的地理空间信息资源通过逻辑的或物理的方式组织为一个整体;基于本体和主题图建立城市空间地理知识架构,研究基于语义关联的多源空间信息关联方法以及研究城市空间知识表示、转换、匹配、冲突检测和整合方法;依据数据-信息-知识-智能转换机理,构建地理空间数据、信息、知识、智能的一体化转换方法,为城市海量空间数据挖掘、知识发现和智能决策奠定基础,并以郑州市空间数据资源为例进行验证。主要研究内容包括:(1)面向数据关联的城市地理空间数据模型;(2)城市地理空间信息关联方法研究;(3)基于主题图的城市地理空间知识分类和表达;(4)基于主题图的城市地理空间知识整合。

英文摘要: This project is focus on the needs of smart city, The holographic information theory will be used to build urban geospatial information model and knowledge ontology model on the basis of research and planning of city information resources. The discrete, diverse, heterogeneous, distributed geospatial information resources will be oganized as a logical and physical whole through methods of urban spatial data integration, information integration and knowledge integration. The urban geographical knowledge framwork will be established based on Topic Maps and ontology theory. association methods between multi-source spatial information will be analyzed based on semantic association methods, and methods of urban geospatial knowledge representation, conversion, matching, collision detection and integration will be analyzed. all-in-one conversion principles and methods from data to information, knowledge and intelligence will be built by the data - information - knowledge - Intelligent Switching Mechanism. all of these researches will lay the foundation for Massive urban spatial data mining, knowledge discovery and intelligent decision. Spatial data resources in Zhengzhou city will be used to verify the theory and technology proposed by this project. The main contents include: (1) data association-oriented urban geospatial data model; (2) Research on methods of urban geospatial information association;(3) classification and expression of urban geospatial knowledge Based on ontology and topic maps;(4) integration of urban geospatial knowledge based on topic map。
