中文摘要: 为了避免传统挤压油膜阻尼器非线性油膜力带来的一系列问题,改进型挤压油膜阻尼器的研究越来越受到国内外学者的重视。本项目以浮动弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器为研究对象,从理论分析、数值模拟和实验研究三方面开展研究。基于理论分析,确定挤压油膜、弹性环和滚动轴承外圈之间的耦合关系,根据耦合面上的动力学平衡方程及运动学协调条件,建立阻尼器的瞬态流固耦合模型,采用任意拉格朗日欧拉法处理流固耦合计算中坐标系不统一引起的两相运动界面的协调问题,实现模拟弹性环在挤压油膜中的运动。基于数值模拟和实验测试,研究内外层油膜间隙和弹性环结构参数,尤其是凸台处油膜间隙,对阻尼器油膜压力场分布、油膜刚度和阻尼系数以及转子系统振动响应的影响,总结弹性环运动状态与阻尼器减振作用和抑制非线性振动作用之间的关系,阐明该型阻尼器的减振机理和抑制非线性振动的机理,为其设计和使用提供理论分析基础。

英文摘要: To avoid a series problems caused by nonlinear force of traditional squeeze film damper, the improved squeeze film dampers are studied by domestic and overseas scholars. The squeeze film damper with floating elastic ring is studied by the theory analysis, numerical simulation and experimental study in this project. According to the theory analysis, the coupling of elastic ring, squeeze film and outer ring of rolling bearing will be explicit. The fluid-structure interaction model of the damper will be established by dynamics and kinematics coordinated constraints of interaction surface. The Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian method is used to solve the problem of inconsistent coordinates of two-phase moving interface. Thus the movement of elastic ring will be emulated in the squeeze film. The effect of the clearance of inner and outer oil films and structure parameter of elastic ring, especially the clearance at lug boss, on oil film pressure field distributing, stiffness, damping and the response of rotor system will be studied. Then the relation between the movement of elastic ring and damping and preventing nonlinear vibration will be summarized. Finally, the mechanism of damping and preventing nonlinear vibration will be elucidated. It will provide theoretical basis for its design and application.
