中文摘要: 香附四物汤是治疗气滞血瘀证原发性痛经的经典方剂,临床疗效确切。申请者在博士学位论文"香附四物汤用于气滞血瘀证原发性痛经的物质基础与配伍规律研究"及其团队较为扎实的研究和良好积累的基础上,拟采用系统生物学研究思路,在代谢研究与计算生物学技术平台支撑下,开展以下研究工作:(1)在本方活血化瘀、行气止痛的传统功效指导下,建立病证结合的动物模型,围绕内分泌-免疫-神经网络相关的生物效应指标,评价本方生物效应;(2)基于代谢研究技术平台,通过对药物ADME过程分析,探讨香附四物汤干预气滞血瘀证原发性痛经的功效物质基础及作用机制;(3)采用生物信息学研究思路与方法,构建本方干预气滞血瘀证原发性痛经的功效物质组库,阐释其方-证-病对应的科学本质,为中医临床遣药组方合理配伍和创新中药研究提供支撑。

英文摘要: Xiang-Fu-Si-Wu Decoction (XFSWD) is a classical prescription which has been widely used to treat Qi stagnation syndrome of primary dysmenorrheal (PDM) in clinical practice. The applicant has completed a doctoral dissertation about "Bioactive Components and Formulation Rule of Si-Wu series Decoctions for Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea of Gynecology Blood Stasis Syndrome- - - - - Basic Study of Xiang-Fu-Si-Wu Decoction". On basis of early work in our research team, this project employed research approach of systems biology, depended on metabolism and computational biology technology platform to develop further research: (1) Established animal models under the guidance of activating blood, resolving stasis, regulating the circulation of Qi and alleviating pain (traditional function of XFSWD). Moreover, biological effect index related to endocrine - immune - nerve network were detected to evaluated biological effect. (2) Based on metabolism technology platform to study the ADME process of XFSWD (3) Applied methods of bioinformatics to construct function material basis library of XFSWD that intervention primary dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, explained its scientific connotation of correspondence with formulae, syndrome and disease.
