中文摘要: 已有的研究表明,混沌行为的存在是单台电机发生故障的重要因素之一。另一方面,多电机控制系统的网络化在大大促进工业自动化进程、提高生产效率的同时,会引发电机传动系统的连锁故障,这将严重影响工业生产的安全、可靠运行。因此,通过分析多电机系统混沌行为与连锁故障的关系,进而提出有针对性的保护控制策略,对保证工业生产的安全运行具有重要理论探索价值和应用参考价值。为此,本课题将首先考虑实际多电机系统结构和运行规律,基于复杂网络理论建立电机网络模型,通过计算电机网络基本特征参数,得到其特征指标;然后解析地导出电机网络模型发生分岔、混沌行为的临界参数值;在此基础上,深入探索电机网络中一台或局部少数几台电机的混沌行为与整个网络发生连锁故障的内在关系的物理机制,同时量化局部电机的故障对整个传动系统造成的破坏性,确定关键电机节点;最后,提出防止和控制多电机系统连锁故障现象的有效措施,保证多电机系统的稳定运行。

英文摘要: Recent investigations have indicated that chaos is one of the main causes which induce failure in the single motor. On the other hand, the networking of multi-motor systems offers the opportunity for greatly promoting process of the industrial automation and improving the efficiency of manufacture, while the complexity of operation in the industrial drive system has been increased which will trigger cascading failure. Thus, it is significant for the secure operation of the industrial manufacture to analyse the relation between chaos and cascading failure and study the methods for controlling cascading failure in multi-motor systems. In our project, considering the real structure and operation rule of the multi-motor systems, the model of complex motor networks are constructed at firstly, and then the characteristic parameters of complex motor networks are studied; secondly, the critical parameters, with which bifurcation and chaos are induced in the complex motor networks, are investigated by analytical methods. Furthermore, the physical mechanisms of relationship between the chaos in the single motor and cascading failure in complex motor networks are researched, and the devastating degree of the failure is quantifed.
