中文摘要: 本项目以Ce元素模拟Pu元素,以Eu元素模拟次锕系元素(MA),利用微流体控制技术结合溶胶-凝胶/浸透方法开展无尘制备弥散型含次锕系元素MOX模拟核燃料的制备研究及微观结构分析。研究包括:①设计构造毛细管基微流体控制系统,在三维尺度上操控单分散性核素凝胶微球的形成与运动,可控制备单分散性多孔CeO2微球;获得描述各制备参数间的数学关系式,探讨实验条件下CeO2微球中孔的形成机理。②用浸透方法实现均匀添加Eu元素于CeO2微球中,开展铕离子渗透动力学研究。③用实验制备的单分散性(Ce,Eu)O2微球开展(Ce,Eu)O2-MgO及(Ce,Eu)O2-Mo弥散型模拟核燃料芯块的制备研究;利用制备的微球具有高单分散性的特点,着重研究(Ce,Eu)O2微球及弥散介质的粒径、形貌对粉料混合均匀性的影响。④仔细研究弥散型核燃料制备参数与燃料微观结构、核素分布、密度、机械强度及耐热性之间的相互关系。

英文摘要: Microfluidics integrated with sol-gel/impregnation approaches is introduced in preparing monodispersed minor actinide-contained nuclear fuel microspheres using nonactive cerium as a surrogate for plutonium and europium as a surrogate for minor actinide (MA). Further, researches on the fabrication and characterization of minor actinide-contained MOX dispersion nuclear fuel are conducted. The detailed researches are as follows: ① Design and fabrications of easy assembling-disassembling capillary-based microluidic system used for three dimension-controlling synthesizing cerium-contained gelation microspheres and monodispersed porous CeO2 microspheres; Obtaining the functional relations between particle size and experimental parameters and the mechanism of pore forming. ② Researches of moving europium element into porous CeO2 microspheres with impregnation technique to form uniform distributing element microspheres and dynamic diffusion characteristic of europium ion in the microspheres. ③ Fabrication and characterization of (Ce,Eu)O2-MgO and (Ce,Eu)O2-Mo simulated dispersion nuclear fuel using as-prepared monodispersed (Ce,Eu)O2 microspheres as dispersed phase materials; Especially study on the effects of the size and morphology of the dispersed phase and continuous phase on the blending homogeneity of simulated n
