中文摘要: 随着市场竞争的加剧与企业自主创新的需求,对复杂产品的制造过程与质量特性提出了更高的要求。制造过程中复杂产品质量特征的形成与影响因素之间的关联关系亦呈现出多元化。针对复杂产品制造过程的多阶段与多质量特征的保证需求,本项目提出基于分形与网络理论的复杂产品制造过程非线性耦合质量控制方法与理论。研究复杂产品制造过程的多元质量特性与影响因素网络之间的关联关系,揭示多元质量特性的非线性耦合内在规律和演变机理,基于最近邻耦合加权网络模型、脆性理论及非线性控制理论,研究非线性解耦方法,解决复杂产品多元质量特性非线性耦合引起的制造过程中关键质量控制点难以确定、质量数据自相关、质量特征误差的多因素溯源、多质量特性统计状态与反馈控制调整集成等问题,为研究复杂产品非线性耦合质量控制方法奠定基础。为复杂产品制造过程质量特性的控制与保证,从控制方式、控制方法等方面提供一套新的复杂产品质量状态控制和改进的方法。

英文摘要: As aggravation of the market competition and the need for enterprises self-innovation, the demands for manufacturing process and quality characteristics of complex products are higher, and the relationship between forming and influencing factors of quality characteristics has shown pluralism. To guarantee the demand for multi-phase and multiple quality characteristics in complex products manufacturing process, the nonlinear coupling quality control method and theory are proposed based on fractal network theory. The relationship between multiple quality characteristics and influencing factors is researched, the inherent law and evolution mechanism of nonlinear coupling among multiple quality characteristics is revealed, and the nonlinear decoupling method, based on the nearest-neighbor coupled weighted networks models, brittleness theory and nonlinear control theory, is researched to solve the difficult in key quality monitoring, quality data self-correlation, the multiple factors tracing of quality characteristic errors and the statistical state of quality characteristics with the integration of feedback control. Finally, the proposed method will set the foundation for the nonlinear coupling quality control, and provides a new control and improvements strategy for complex products state in the levels of control
