中文摘要: 由于有机磷(OPs)农药的残留问题非常普遍和重要。食品中OPs残留不单单影响对外经济贸易,最重要的是长期食用对人体在生理和心理都会造成不同程度的损伤。因此对食品中残留OPs的快速测定非常重要。本项目是将预防医学、分析化学、纳米科学相互结合,利用表面功能化的磁性纳米复合物的良好的生物分析结合力、特殊的复合电化学性质、更快电子传导能力,构建酶传感器,实现对OPs大类残留分析方法;利用复合纳米材料的特性,构建OPs不同种类、单品种的定性定量分析方法;将用纳米传感器和酶传感器二者有机结合,实现对有机磷农药的多残留定性定量测定分析,同时应用于实际食品中的OPs农药残留分析,为食品安全、分析化学、纳米技术的交叉研究作出贡献。

英文摘要: The problem of residues of organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) is very common and significant. The residues of OPs in food not only affect foreign trade and economic cooperation, but also the most important aspect is that long-term uptake will lead to different degree of damage on physiology and psychology of human. Therefore, rapid determination of OPs residues in food is very important. This project is to combine the preventive medicine, analytical chemistry and nano-science, use the good biological analysis of binding force, a special composite electrochemical properties and faster electronic conductive ability of surface functionalized magnetic nanocomposite to build the enzyme biosensor, and achieve the analysis approach for the major categories of OPs residues; then use the character of composite nanomaterials to build a classification method for the determination of OPs of different species ; The organic combination of the two aspects can achieve qualitative and quantitative determination analysis with multi-residues of organophosphorus pesticides, meanwhile could be applied to pesticide residue analysis in the actual food, and contribute to the crossover study of food safety, analytical chemistry and nanotechnology.
