中文摘要: 本研究针对西北铜锌矿区污染土壤的生态修复和再利用问题,利用刺槐-根瘤菌共生体系对铜、锌污染土壤进行生物修复,从根际土壤微生物群落多样性和共生体系-重金属相互作用入手,通过室内盆栽和野外实地修复相结合的方法,采用磷脂脂肪酸(PLFA)、CLPP指纹分析、可培养BOX-PCR和非培养PCR-DGGE等方法,研究刺槐-根瘤菌共生体系修复污染土壤过程中根际微生物群落多样性变化特征,分析根际土壤理化特征、刺槐生长与土壤微生物群落的相关性,探讨刺槐与根际微生物对重金属生物有效性的调节作用,揭示刺槐-根瘤菌共生体系对重金属污染土壤的生物修复机理,为矿区废弃地的生态恢复与退化生态系统恢复重建提供理论依据。

英文摘要: In order to resolve the ecological restoration and reuse of the contaminated soil at copper-zinc mine, Robinia pseudoacacia-rhizobia symbiosis will be used as bioremediation medium in the contaminated soil at copper and zinc. From the diversity of rhizosphere soil microbial populations and the interaction between the symbiosis and heavy metal, PLFAs, Community Level Physiological Profile (CLPP), cultivable method (BOX-PCR) and uncultivable method (PCR-DGGE) will be used in laboratory potting and field experiments. The diversity characteristics of rhizosphere soil microbial populations will be studied by using Robinia pseudoacacia-rhizobia symbiosis in the contaminated soils. Analyze the relationship among soil physical and chemical characteristics, the growth of Robinia pseudoacacia and rhizosphere soil microbial populations. Discuss the effect of Robinia pseudoacacia and rhizosphere soil microorganisms on bioavailability of heavy metals. The results will proclaim bioremediation mechanism of Robinia pseudoacacia- rhizobia symbiosis in the copper-zinc tailing abandoned land. It will also provide the scientific proofs for the recovery and rebuilding of the copper-zinc mine abandoned land and the degraded ecosystems.
