中文摘要: 本项目针对我国区域互联大电网稳定运行的中基础问题-动态稳定性实时控制问题,当系统预防控制(如PSS)不能保证系统动态稳定运行,已经发生低频振荡时,采取类似于暂态稳定的紧急控制,对系统进行有效控制,以抑制系统振荡,成为本项目的研究目的。基于控制装置的智能化,通过电力传统信息(EMS)和先进测量信息(WAMS)的整合,提出电力系统动态稳定修正控制的概念。同时本项目将网络控制扩展至电网系统级控制,提出基于扩展网络控制的电力系统动态稳定修正控制方案,基于该方案的修正控制适用于复杂区域互联电力系统中动态稳定实时控制,这一新的控制方法的依据是广域信息的快速发展和网络控制在电力系统动态稳定中的适用性,对于广域信息的应用研究更为系统化,对电力系统动态稳定研究具有重要意义。

英文摘要: The project is aimming at dynamic stability control problems,which is the basic problems in the regional interconnected power grid. When the prevention control system (such as PSS) can't guarantee system dynamic stablilty and the low frequency oscillation is in operation, how to take the control method to suppress the oscillation of the system, with taking control method being similar to transient stability emergency control is the core of this project. Based on the intelligent control device, through the power of traditional information ( EMS ) and advanced measurement information (WAMS) integration, the dynamic stability correction control concept of power system is proposed. And the networked control is extended to the grid control system level. Based on the extended networked control, the framework of power system dynamic stability correction control is studyed, which is applied to the complex interconnected area power。The system of real time dynamic stability control, a new control method is based on the wide area information and the rapid development of network control in electric power system 's applicability.
