中文摘要: 当前社会性突发事件应急管理研究缺乏定量的分析研究工具与途径,人工社会的理念依旧没有为应急管理建模提供理论支撑。如何将应急管理研究的问题作为核心,寻找最贴近真实系统的建模方法成为亟需解决的问题。课题基于ACP思想和公共安全三角形模型,针对社会性突发事件应急管理的多领域性、多层次性和网络化社会组织等问题,研究多范式应急管理网络化建模方法,为突发事件预测预警和应急管理措施制定提供理论支持和方法依托。其中利用多范式应急管理建模方法对突发事件和应急管理措施进行领域建模,研究模型变换方法并完成对多领域模型的集成;利用网络化建模方法描述社会组织和应急基础设施网络,研究多分辨率建模方法并完成多层次性模型的集成;研究基于MPI和GPU的双层计算实验运行支撑架构,利用活跃度模型方法优化多领域多层次模型的运行性能。课题研究将为认识和解决社会性突发事件应急管理问题提供建模方法和计算实验平台。

英文摘要: Quantificational analysis and tools are not popular in the research of emergency management of social emergent events nowadays. The approach of Artificial Society still cannot provide a theory basis for the modeling of emergency management. Therefore, it is necessary to find the modeling paradigm for emergency management. Under the instruction of ACP (Artificial Societies, Computation Experiments, Parallel Execution) and Triangular Framework in Public Security Science and Technology, the Multi-Paradigm and Networked Modeling for emergency management is proposed to solve to model the features such as Multi-Fields, Multi-Levels and Networked Self-Organization in real world. The novel modeling methodology is used to study the prediction and intervention of social emergent events. Multi-Paradigm Modeling method transforms the models in respects field to general-property Simulation Formalism in order to satisfy the computational experiments. Networked Modeling gives a general description of social relationship networks and the critical infrastructure, the Multi-Resolution Modeling is used to integrate models in multi-levels.
