中文摘要: 太赫兹技术是一项前沿交叉学科,其空间和短程通信系统可提供超过现有通信系统数百倍至上千倍的通信速率,已受到国内外众多学者的重点关注。电大尺寸太赫兹平面集成阵列天线是实现太赫兹波在空间高效传输的关键器件之一。它可以有效提高太赫兹通信系统集成度和传输效率并显著减小系统成本。目前国内外对电大尺寸太赫兹平面集成阵列天线的研究正处于起步阶段,因此对其研究具有重要理论及应用意义。 本项目将对电大尺寸太赫兹平面集成阵列天线进行研究;提出实现具有高辐射效率及高增益的太赫兹平面集成阵列天线的方法;研究具有稳定波束指向太赫兹平面集成阵列天线的设计原理并加以实现;探索低损耗太赫兹多波束天线馈电网络并设计太赫兹多波束平面集成阵列天线;提出太赫兹平面集成电磁涡旋天线的实现方法并研制具有单模和多模轨道角动量的电磁涡旋天线;研究太赫兹平面集成天线的测试方法并对所研制的各种天线进行测试和验证。

英文摘要: Terahertz technique is a frontfort cross-disciplinary, whose space and short-range communication system can provide over hundreds to thousands times of data rate of modern communication systems. It has attracted much interest from worldwide researchers. The electrical-large terahertz planar integrated array antenna is one of key components for transmitting terahertz waves in space with high efficiency, which can improve the transmission efficiency and integrity of terahertz communication system, and significantly reduce the system cost. However, only few literature from worldwide researchers discussed the electrical-large terahertz planar integrated array antenna for the high efficiency space transmission of terahertz waves. Hence, it has great significance to study the theory and application of the electrical-large terahertz planar integrated antennas. This proposal will investigate the electrical-large terahertz planar integrated array antenna. The design and realization of high gain and high radiation efficiency terahertz planar integrated array antenna will be proposed; and terahertz planar integrated array antennas with stable radiation beam direction will be studied. Multiple-beam terahertz planar integrated array antenna will be designed based on the study of low loss feeding system; and novel design methods for planar integrated orbital angular monument antenna will be proposed for the realization of terahertz planar integrated antennas with single and multiple orbital angular monument modes. The measurement method for terahertz planar integrated antennas will be investigated and a measurement system will be set up to measure and verify the designed terahertz planar integrated array antennas.
