中文摘要： 长期以来，我国构建了以公立医院为主体的办医格局，民营医院难以与公立医院形成平等的市场地位，导致医疗服务供给不符合功能定位，出现医疗资源过度集中、医疗服务可及性差、看病贵，看病难等问题。随着《关于加快发展社会办医的若干意见》（[2013]54）颁布实施，民营医院与公立医院共生演化研究具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本项目试图从复杂适应系统理论视角，对民营医院与公立医院共生演化特征变量进行精确定义，构建一个更为接近现实情境的共生双适应模型，探寻共生演化路径，设计民营医院与公立医院的利益协调机制,并利用Logistic 拓展模型和多Agent仿真模型展开深度精确模拟仿真研究，验证共生演化路径及利益协调机制的可行性和科学性，凸显民营医院在医疗服务市场上的正能量，促进社会办医制度的完善，为政府优化医疗卫生资源配置，满足居民多层次医疗服务需求提供理论参考和实践启示。

英文摘要： For a long time, the medical service pattern is the main body of public hospitals in which private hospitals are difficult to form equal market position with public hospitals.There are some problems such as the medical service supply not meeting the functional positioning, appearing over centralization of medical resources, medical services Accessibility being poor, see a doctor expensive, difficult etc. With the Promulgation of the policy, such as several opinions on accelerating the development of Private capital hospitals ([2013]54),the study of symbiosis private hospitals and public hospitals has the important theory significance and the practical significance. The main contents of the project tries to study the solution of the unfinished problem as private hospitals and public hospitals how to coexist, the symbiotic evolution path and how to construct their interest coordination mechanism. Therefore, this project attempts to precisely define symbiotic evolution characteristic variables of the private hospital and public hospital from the perspective of complex adaptive system theory, build a more symbiotic dual adaptation model close to the realistic situation, seek the solution of symbiotic evolution path and coordinate the interests of private hospital and public hospital. Then, There is to do the depth of accurate simulation study by the extended Logistic model and Multi-agent simulation model in order to verify the feasibility and scientificity of symbiotic evolution path and coordinating mechanism of the interests, highlight the positive energy of private hospitals in the medical service market, improve the medical system, optimize the allocation of health resources and provide theoretical and practical implications to meet the needs of multi-level medical service residents.
