中文摘要: 直流输电的快速发展对直流输电设备绝缘设计、绝缘材料改进的要求越来越高。而设计换流变压器的关键是绝缘技术,具体就是内部油纸绝缘问题,以空间电荷效应最为显著。虽然国内外对油纸绝缘空间电荷进行了大量研究,但都局限于简单结构简单实验条件下的研究,并未考虑实际工作变压器中常见的绝缘形式,如多层油纸,油纸-油隙交叠结构。同时,现有的油纸绝缘设计一般认为油纸界面存在因电导率和介电常数差异而引起的界面极化电荷。但是,在真实油纸界面中,由于界面结构与体结构的差异,界面电荷的积累可能还与界面态有关。因此本项目在对油纸-油结构空间电荷特性初步研究基础上,拟通过实验与数值仿真相结合,系统研究多层油纸及油纸-油结构中界面对于电荷分布及电场畸变的作用,探索不同油纸组成对界面态及界面电荷的影响,并针对各界面的特点提出油纸绝缘设计修正方案。

英文摘要: The rapid development of HVDC transmission demands improved insulation material and DC transmission equipment. Insulation technology, especially the space charge effects of internal oil-impregnated paper, is the key to design a converter transformer. A lot of researches on space charge effects of oil-impregnated paper insulation were carried out at home and abroad for simple structure and experimental conditions. But these researches did not consider the common insulation forms of transformers, such as multilayer of oil-impregnated paper and the overlapping structure of oil-impregnated paper and oil gap. At the same time, it is generally believed that interfacial polarization charges due to the differences in conductivity and permittivity exist in the interface between oil and oil-impregnated paper. However, the accumulation of interfacial charges may be related to the interface state because of the difference in interface structure and body structure. Therefore, the space charge effect of oil-impregnated paper is studied in this project. The effect of interface between multilayer of oil-impregnated paper and oil for charge distribution and electric field distortion will be systematic studied through the combination of experiments and numerical simulations. And the effect caused by different composition of oil-impregnated paper and oil on interface state and interfacial charge will be studied. Then according to the characteristics of each interface, amendment design programs for oil-impregnated paper insulation will be proposed.
