中文摘要: 本课题拟将纳米粘土引入炭/炭复合材料中,以提高炭/炭复合材料的抗弯强度、模量、延展性和韧性等力学性能。主要研究纳米粘土在制备过程中转变为最终增强体的物质转变和相变规律、纳米粘土的种类、含量、纤维的种类(高强PAN基和高导高模中间相沥青基)及形态(连续、炭布、炭毡)、制备工艺(包括分散、预制体、热压工艺及温度)对炭/炭复合材料力学、热物理性能的影响,阐明纳米粘土的增强机制,明确高性能炭/炭复合材料的多界面特征,并通过原料、工艺的优化控制,最终发展一系列高性能炭/炭复合材料。 本项目提出了采用廉价纳米粘土来改善炭/炭复合材料力学性能的一个新方向,是一项比较重要的应用基础课题。

英文摘要: In this topic,a new direction to improve the mechanical properties of C/C composites is presented by use nanoclay as filler.Nanoclay is cheap and will be an optium filler to improve the flexural strength,modulus,ductility and toughness of C/C composites.The resarch study mainly the change of nanoclay during heat treatment and the effect of some paremeter such as the content and kinds of nanclay,kinds and shapes of carbon fiber(high strength PAN- based carbon fiber,mesophased pitch- based carbon fiber with high thermal conduction and high modulus,continuous carbon fiber,carbon fiber felt and carbon fiber cloth) and preparation process(including disperse,perform,hot press process and temperature)on the mechanical properties and thermal physical properties of C/C composites. And reforcing mechanism of nanoclay and interface characteristics of the composites will be elucidated.Furthermore,C/C composites with excellent mechanical properties will be developed based on the above study and optimum control of the raw and preparation method.
