英文摘要: A Hall thruster is a kind of energy conversion devices which uses crossed electric and magnetic fields to convert the electric energy into kinetic energy of propellants. Because high energy conversion efficiency can effectively improve the payload of the satellite platform and system reliability, the improvement of energy conversion efficiency is one of core issues in the research of Hall thrusters Oscillations of discharge plasma in Hall thrusters is widely exist. From this point, the effects of plasma discharge oscillations and their coupling characteristics on the propellant ionization, ion acceleration, the dynamic process of the electron motion is studied in this project. The influence regularity of discharge plasma dynamic characteristics and energy conversion is investigated and the physical mechanism of plasma discharge oscillations influencing the energy conversion process is clarified. The results of this research work would provide a new perspective and guiding principles for the Hall thruster performance optimization.
