中文摘要: 针对聚芳砜酰胺传统湿法纺丝所造成的分子链段有序程度低、纤维强度差的应用背景,研究通过增加纺程应力提高聚芳砜酰胺溶液纺丝成形过程中的凝胶取向程度,提高纤维综合物理机械性能的基础问题。主要研究聚芳砜酰胺纺丝液的凝胶化转变对其组成和温度的依赖性以及凝固剂作用下的凝胶转变行为,建立聚芳砜酰胺纺丝流体动力学模型,结合沿纺程的流动双折射和折光指数的测定,分析聚芳砜酰胺纺丝挤出成形过程中沿纺程的应力、温度分布对凝胶转变点的影响;同时研究所形成的凝胶形态和结构,说明拉伸应力诱导的凝胶转变和取向机理。以凝胶转变的动力学研究为基础,设计控制成形过程中凝胶转变行为的纺丝工艺,研究所制备的纤维结构和性能变化,说明拉伸应力诱导的聚芳砜酰胺凝胶转变行为与纤维结构性能的关系,突破传统湿法纺丝所造成的初生丝结构可控性差的局限性,设计提高聚芳砜酰胺纤维综合物理机械性能的新工艺。

英文摘要: The gel orientation behavior of aromatic polysulfonamide dope during formation process will be investigated to improve the chain orientation and mechanical properties of its fiber. The dependence of gelation behavior on the composite and temperature of the polymer dope will be studied by rheology. Combined with the online measurement of the flow birefringence and refractive index, as well as the gel structure changes during coagulation, the spinning dynamics model will be established to simulate the critical gelation point on spinning line. Based on the above results, the optimized technology will be pointed out to prepare the novel aromatic polysulfonamide fiber. With the analysis of the structure and mechanical properties of the fiber, the relation between the gelation behavior and fiber structure will be illustrated.
