中文摘要: 乳制品、生物制品、多数药品如疫苗等对温度敏感的产品从出厂到最终用户的过程中需要在低温下储存和运输,以保证产品的品质和有效性,这主要是通过冷链的建设和监控实现。使用热敏标签实现对每件热敏感产品冷链储运的全程监测,可以确保产品应用的品质和有效性。现有的热敏标签主要基于材料的熔解、扩散或化学、生物反应过程计量热敏感物品的累计受热量,都存在很大不足。本项目提出利用染料升华过程计量热敏感物品的累积受热量,并据此制作热敏标签,对受热过度提出警示。项目重点通过Arrhenius方程研究热敏标签的响应速度及其温度效应,以及影响热敏标签响应速度及其温度效应的各个参数,建立热敏标签工作的数学模型,为制作可精确模拟热敏产品热稳定性的个性化标签提供理论依据,同时也为提高标签的响应精度提供工艺控制依据。

英文摘要: The monitoring of accumulated heat exposure and alerting of excessive heat exposure during transportation and storage of various cold-stored products such as vaccines, biological agents, foods, etc., is critical for ensuring product quality and safety. This is usually implemented by irreversible Time-Temperature Integrators (TTIs) that make use of a physical, chemical or biological process to simulate product decay process. So far, melting, diffusion, chemical or biological reactions have been used to quantify accumulated heat exposure and to alert excessive heat exposure via an obvious color change, each of which however exhibits several disadvantages. We propose to develop a novel type of TTI that makes use of dye sublimation to quantify accumulated heat exposure and to alert excessive heat exposure via a color change resulting from transfer and adsorption of sublimated dye. The response rate and its dependence on temperature of the TTIs will be investigated according to Arrhenius equation, as well as other factors that may affect the TTIs' response kinetics. A kinetic model has been established to describe the TTIs' response kinetics which will be tested in this proposal.
