中文摘要: 社交网络(SNS)平台的发展成为电子商务中一个重要的元素。红包大战等案例体现了社交网络作为产品扩散渠道的重要性。虽然已经有众多关于SNS的研究,但仍旧存在以下几个理论空缺:一是当前研究主要研究单一网络影响,没有考虑多重网络关系共同作用的扩散规律;二是当前研究鲜有考虑环境因素对于社交网络对于扩散影响的交互作用;最后,当前研究缺乏中国情景下的社交网路平台的网络结构对于产品扩散的影响的研究。本研究项目的目标就是为了解决上述三个问题。多模式社会网络的研究以及将环境因素考虑进来将为当前研究带来新的研究范式,将具有很好的理论价值。而充分考虑中国的在线社交网络特征将为我国电子商务的发展提供较好的实践指导。本研究将采用多样化的研究手段如网络分析,文本分析,数值模拟实验,以及田野试验等。不但将用到大量二手数据也将创造和积累大量的数据,形成基于大数据的社交网络研究方法体系。

英文摘要: With the fast development of online social network services, it has become an important research area nowadays. However, most of the current studies focus on single mode network, very few of them study the diffusion of product under the influence of multi-mode network and environmental characteristics such as weather and distance. Second, very few research study the influence of social network structure of SNS platform in China on the diffusion of product. Addressing the first question will contribute new research paradigm to current research on social network as well as new theories on interaction between multi-mode network or interactions between environmental characteristics and social influence. We will try to adopt a combination of different types of research methodology such as network analytics, text analysis, simulation and field experiment. We will not only collect huge amount of social network but also to create and accumulate huge amount of social network. New analytical framework will be developed to deal with various problems in social network analysis such as homophily and heterogeneity using big data.
