中文摘要: 本项目开展由邻苯二酚和二胺化合物(如己二胺、三乙烯四胺、手性赖氨酸等)制备酚胺聚合物并利用其活性基团进行化学修饰和复合及其吸附重金属离子方面的基础研究。主要围绕(1)利用凝胶色谱仪等进行分子量跟踪监测,考查配料比、溶剂、催化剂、二胺化合物、时间及温度等实验条件的影响,制备系列酚胺聚合物材料;(2)借助电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪等评价酚胺聚合物吸附重金属离子性能,探究影响因素和规律;(3)利用酚胺聚合物键合成膜的能力制备磁性酚胺聚合物微胶囊,并进行功能化修饰,获得响应性和重复利用性。 本研究旨在开发温和条件下制备酚胺聚合物的方法,实现酚胺聚合物材料的功能调控,为拓展室温聚合研究领域及重金属离子吸附等提供理论依据与技术支持。

英文摘要: The project fabricates catechol-diamine polymers by polymerization of catechol and diamines and studys their properties. The polymerization conditions will be optimized through regulation of polymerization temperature, reaction time, solvents, catalyst dosage and molar ratio of catechol to diamine. Different kinds of diamines are chosen, e.g. lysine, hexamethylene diamine and triethylenetetramine, to prepare catechol-diamine polymers with different properties. And the polymers can be modified easily with amino acids or other compounds so as to improve their properties. The polymers' absorption property of heavy metal ions will be measured by ICP and the influence factors are systematically investigated, and influence. Finally, on the basis of thoroughly understandings of their properties, the magnetic catechol-amine polymers capsules are prepared to get the multi-functional responses and repeated use so that the polymeric products can be applied in real life. The study of this project aims to create a new method to prepare catechol-diamine polymers, produce a series of catechol-diamine polymers, extend the field of polymerization at room temperatue and found a solid foundation for dealing with the pollution of heavy metal ions on both theory and technology level.
