英文摘要: With the potted and field cultivated grape varieties as materials, this project studied the trans-Res and its derivatives' contents of different grape organs in the processes of Res synthesis and transformation induced by UV-C irradiation during grape veraison; effects of girdling on Res synthesis and transformation of the UV-C irradiated leaves and the berries of neighboring clusters; effects of UV-C irradiated grape leaves on protein and gene expressions of key enzymes for Res synthesis and transformation of the leaves and berries of neighboring clusters. The study has important scientific significance in further clarifying the enzymology and molecular mechanisms of grape Res synthesis and conformation.
