中文摘要: 高精度时间频率基准在现代物理学和计量学中占有特殊的重要地位,不仅在基础研究领域,而且在应用研究领域都有着极其重要的战略意义。本项目开展了碘稳定的倍频Yb:YAG固体激光频标的研究工作,激光器选用了分离元件环形腔结构的方案,腔内加入了双折射滤波片和标准具进行线宽压缩,用PDH锁定方法将Yb:YAG激光器锁定到FP参考腔上,采用调制转移光谱技术实现激光在515nm附近波段的碘饱和吸收信号的扫描探测,并以合适的超精细谱线分量作为参考谱线,将激光频率锁定在参考谱线上,然后用飞秒激光频梳测频技术对锁定激光的频率进行测量。掌握了激光线宽压缩、参考腔PDH锁定、光学频率测量等技术。

英文摘要: The high accuracy in time-frequency standards is very important for fundamental and practical applications in modern physics and metrology. In this project we performed detailed studies on I2-stabilized frequency-doubled all-solid-state Yb:YAG laser. The laser was designed in the style of traditional ring cavity in which a birefringent filter and etalon was inserted to suppress the linewidth. The PDH method was used to lock the laser to a reference FP cavity. The technique of the frequency-modulation spectroscopy was employed to investigate the hyperfine transitions of I2 near the wavelength of 515 nm and look for potential frequency reference line to lock the laser. The frequency of iodine lines was measured by home-made fs comb system. We have got the ability of the laser line-width compression, PDH locking method to a reference cavity, the optical frequency measurement techniques by fs comb system.
