中文摘要: 供应链中多级库存系统的控制方式的研究对于降低库存成本,提高服务水平,加强供应链的核心竞争力有着非常重要的意义。无线射频识别(RFID)技术的出现为库存控制策略的创新提供了一条有效的途径。本项研究的核心是利用RFID技术,将原有单个制造系统的看板系统推广到供应链中的多个企业管理的多级库存系统中,设计RFID使能的电子看板系统(RFID-Enable Kanban Systems)。基于电子看板,研究设计RFID使能的Push/Pull混合控制策略(RFID-Enable Hybrid Push/Pull Control Strategy);通过计算机仿真,设计并验证最优的Push/Pull控制策略的有效性,并在研究的基础上设计开发实验性的RFID使能的供应链库存控制系统,为上述工作的实际应用打好理论基础。

英文摘要: The reseasrch on control methods of multi-echelon inventory systems is very significative to reduce inventory cost, to increase service level and to enhance the key competitive ability. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) provides an efficient way to the innovation of inventory control strategies.The core of this research is to take advantage of RFID Technology, to extend the original Kanban system of single manufactoring plant to the multi-echelon inventory network covering multiply manufactoring plants of supply chain distributed in global area. Firstly, we will design RFID-enable electronic Kanban system. Based on the RFID-enable Kanban systems, we will design and develop RFID-Enable Hybrid Push/Pull control strategies. By means of computer simulation, the optimal hybrid Push/Pull control strategy will be searched and verified. On the foundation of above works, an experimental RFID-Enable inventory control system for supply chain will be developed. This research will provide a theoretical foundation to apply RFID to practical inventory control.
