中文摘要: 为进一步提高混合动力系统节能环保效果,针对双离合器式AMT混合动力系统,以燃油经济性、排气管排放性和驾驶性能权衡控制最优为控制目标,通过构建包括瞬态燃油经济性模型、排气管瞬态排放动力学模型和中低频纵向响应驾驶性能评价模型在内的混合动力系统综合性能评价仿真平台,提出基于Pareto最优原理和进化理论的多目标寻优解集进化算法PSP-EA,建立Pareto最优权衡控制曲面,探索双层自适应等效燃油消耗最低A-ECMS瞬时成本函数图、基于SOC反馈的等效因子离散化自适应DA算法、自回归移动平均值ARMA算法以及新型综合提取法在能量管理控制中的应用方法,建立离散化自适应等效燃油消耗最低DA-ECMS能量管理离线和在线实时控制方法,并开发硬件在环试验系统进行试验验证,为研制开发适用于实车控制的能量管理控制方法奠定理论基础,为混合动力系统关键技术的自主研发提供强有力支撑。

英文摘要: To further improve energy conservation environmental protection effect of hybrid system, in view of dual clutches AMT hybrid system, taking tradeoff control optimum among fuel economy, tailpipe emissions and drivability as control target, by establishing hybrid system combination property evaluation simualtion platform including transient fuel economy evaluation model, tailpipe transient emissions dynamic model and driveability evaluation model for medium and low frequency response, multi-objectives optimum set pursuring evolution algorithm PSP-EA based on Pareto optimum priciple and evolution theory is proposed, establishing Pareto optimum tradeoff control curved surface, and exploring the application methods into energy management control with double layer adaptive equilvalent consumption minimization strategy A-ECMS instantaneous cost function map, equivalent factor discretization adaptive DA algorithm based on SOC feedback, autoregressive moving average algorithm and new comprehensive extraction method, then establishing discretization adaptive equivalent consumption minimization strategy DA-ECMS energy management offline and online realtime control methods, and developing hardware-in-the-loop test system for test verification, which thereby establishing theory basis for research and develop energy managemen
