中文摘要: 如何科学的开展独立微网系统的优化规划设计是确保独立微网系统可靠、经济运行的关键问题。本项目拟针对这一问题,从独立微网系统的优化规划设计目标出发,在充分计及负荷、可再生能源资源和市场环境不确定性,分布式发电供能系统运行特性的多样性,独立微网高级能量管理策略的复杂性基础上,运用不确定性数学规划理论和可靠性分析理论,研究不确定环境下独立微网系统综合能源优化规划设计方法,独立微网全系统可靠性评估方法和提高措施,独立微网全系统不确定两层优化规划设计方法,建立优化规划数学模型,最终获得能够满足用户冷、热、电、气等多种能源需求、满足系统运行约束和负荷可靠性指标约束、包含分布式发电供能系统的独立微网系统规划设计方案。

英文摘要: How to scientifically carry out the optimal planning for stand-alone microgrid system is the key issue for ensuring reliable and economic operation of the microgrid. Focusing on the problem, this project from the point of view of the stand-alone microgrid system optimal goals, fully takes into account the uncertain of load, renewable energy resources and market environment, the diversity of distributed generation energy supply system operational characteristics, and the complexity of the stand-alone microgrid system advanced energy management strategies. Based on the above considerations, using uncertain mathematical programming theory and reliability analysis theory, the project researches on the integrated energy optimal planning methods of the stand-alone microgrid system in an uncertain environment, the reliability assessment methods of the stand-alone microgrid system and the solutions to improve the system reliability, the uncertain double-layer optimal planning methods of the whole stand-alone microgrid system, and establishes the mathematical models of the optimal planning.
