中文摘要: 针对干旱区高寒湿地碳排放野外原位观测数据有限以及水分变化对湿地碳排放的影响的研究相对薄弱这一研究现状,在前期的工作资料基础上,以位于新疆天山中部的干旱区典型高寒湿地-巴音布鲁克天鹅湖湿地为研究对象,依托已有的长期定位试验样地,利用静态箱/气相色谱法,对巴音布鲁克天鹅湖湿地常年积水区、季节性积水区、常年干燥区进行原位CO2和CH4排放进行动态监测,利用遥感与地理信息系统技术,对监测数据进行尺度拓展,探明天鹅湖高寒湿地CO2和CH4排放时空格局。同时结合气候变化背景,采用野外原位增、除雪试验及室内水分控制试验,研究CO2和CH4排放对水量(干湿交替)和水分形态(冻融交替)变化的响应的规律。通过研究揭示巴音布鲁克天鹅湖季节性高寒湿地CO2和CH4排放对水分变化的响应机制。研究结果能为我国湿地生态系统碳通量观测数据提供补充,同时可为我国干旱区高寒湿地在全球气候变化中作用的评估提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Aiming at the limitation of field in-situ observation data of carbon emissions in alpine wetland field in arid area, and weakness of study on response of water change to wetland carbon emissions, and dased on the pre-work data foundation, this project will focus on typical alpine wetland of arid area located in the middle of the Xinjiang Tianshan Mountains-Bayinbuluke Swan Lake Wetland, rely on the existing long-term test positioned sample and use static chamber / gas chromatography method to dynamic monitoring on the in situ CO2 and CH4 emissions of perennial water zone, seasonal rainfall zone and perennial dry zone in the Bayinbuluke Swan Lake Wetland;to use the remote sensing and geographic information system technology to make the scale extension to the monitoring data so as to ascertain the spatial and temporal ditribution of CO2 and CH4 emissions of Swan Lake Alpine Wetland. At the same time, the combine the climate change background the project will use of field in-situ snow-adding and removing experiment and indoor moisture control experiment to study the response law of CO2 and CH4 emissions to changes of water volume(wet and dry alternately) and water status (freeze thaw alternately).
