中文摘要: 本项目主要针对目前sol-gel合成中具有挑战性的难点-重金属(氟)氧化物等"非硅"体系玻璃及其稀土离子掺杂的sol-gel制备。为了克服包括重金属 (Te, Ga, La等)和稀土离子等非硅先驱体普遍存在的因水解过快而导致难以形成无定型凝胶的难题,本研究拟引入特定的螯合剂预先对非硅先驱体(包括稀土离子先驱体)进行的化学螯合改性,调控非硅先驱体的水解进程。同时,结合现代结构分析方法,基于先进核磁共振技术,实时跟踪sol-gel合成过程中各阶段产物的结构和结构变化,系统探讨非硅先驱体的化学螯合机制,探讨溶液的pH值、温度及溶剂等参数对sol-gel合成及其各阶段合成产物结构的影响。在这些机制性结构研究的基础上,发展重金属氧化物和氟氧化物等多种非硅体系玻璃的新型sol-gel制备方法,发展制备这些非硅玻璃的高浓度稀土离子掺杂sol-gel方法。

英文摘要: The purpose of this programme is to prepare novel "non-silicate" glass-heavy metal oxide/fluoride glass with sol gel method, as well as incorporting rare earth in as made glasses.It is challenging to synthesis heavy metal glass by sol gel method due to so fast hydrolysis of precursors for heavy metal (Te, Ga, La) and rare earth that the amorphous gel is difficult to form.Special chelation solvent are used to modify the precursors (non-silicate and rare earth precursors) so as to control the hydrolysis。The sol gel processing,structural relaxtion and intermediate reaction products were monitored and measured by advanced NMR techniques and modern structural analysis tools.Effects of sol gel parameters, includes PH, heated temperature and chelated reaction, on the reaction structure of glass were investigated systematicly.Novel non silicate based glasses and that doped with rare earth were exploited by sol gel method
