中文摘要: 传统的平面传输线损耗大、Q 值低;金属波导传输线尺寸大、造价高等局限性, 都难以应用到更高频段的LTCC 电路中,因此基于LTCC 的新型小型化基片集成波导技术成为研究的热点。本项目针对LTCC 电路小型化、集成化的需求与当前基片集成波导尺寸依然较大的矛盾,着重研究四重折叠基片集成波导及其衍生结构的传输特性,设计高度小型化的多层LTCC 交叉耦合滤波器;针对多频通信系统的高性能需求与当前可重构滤波器损耗高的矛盾,着重研究基于LTCC 的低插损可重构多重折叠基片集成波导滤波器的实现方法;针对多层复杂LTCC 电路的快速设计需求与当前电磁分析方法效率较低的矛盾,着重研究波概念迭代方法在多层LTCC 多重折叠基片集成波导滤波器快速设计中的应用。旨在获得高性能、高度小型化的滤波器,推动LTCC 技术在微波毫米波通信系统的广泛应用。

英文摘要: In the higher frequency ,the conventional planar transmission line structures are unsuitable for LTCC multilayer circuit because of high insertion loss and low Q factor.Waveguide filters are voluminous and incompatible with other planar circuits. Therefore,new technique is required for microwave and millimeter wave application.There is growing interest in a novel circuit technique called miniaturized substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) based on LTCC.In our project, focusing on the contradiction between the demand of miniaturized and integrated LTCC circuit and the current larger substrate integrated waveguide, The resonant structure based on the quadruple folded substrate integrated waveguide and Derivative cavity,and their transmission characteristics will be researched in deep, highly miniaturized multilayer cross-coupled LTCC filter will be designed.Focusing on the contradiction between the need of high performance filters in the multi-frequency communication system and the current reconfigurable filters with higher insertion loss and deteriorated Q value, low insertion loss reconfigurable multiple folded substrate integrated waveguide filters based on LTCC will be realized.
