中文摘要: SiC增强Al基复合材料具有高的比强度、比刚度、弹性模量和抗疲劳性能,近年来已被广泛应用于航空航天、汽车制造和电子封装领域。研究表明:该类复合材料的基体时效析出序列与单纯Al合金的时效析出序列存在差异,主要是SiC的引入提高了基体的位错密度和两相的界面面积,影响到了时效过程中的原子扩散,以及G.P.区、亚稳相和稳定相的形核与长大。系统研究SiC增强Al基复合材料在时效过程中的基体时效析出序列对于制定合理的热处理工艺,提高复合材料的综合力学性能具有重要的科学意义与实际价值。为此,本项目拟研究SiC增强相的加入对SiC增强Al-Mg-Si复合材料基体时效析出序列的影响,包括SiC体积分数和尺度,以及时效温度对复合材料基体时效析出序列的影响。研究将确定SiC增强Al-Mg-Si复合材料的基体时效析出序列,为实际生产制定经济高效的热处理工艺,获得优异综合力学性能的复合材料提供参考。

英文摘要: SiC reinforced aluminum based composites are widely used in aeronautical, automobile manufacturing and electronic packaging fields in recent years due to their high specific strength, specfic stiffness, elastic modulus and anti-fatigue properties. Recent investigations showed that matrix aging precipitation sequence of the composites differs from that of the simple matrix alloys, resulted from the increase of the interfacial area and high density of the matrix dislocations by the introduction of the SiC particles, which affects the atom diffusion, nucleation and growth of G.P. zones, metastable and stale phases. Systematic investigations of the matrix aging precipitation sequence of SiC reinforced aluminum based composites have important scientific significance and realistic merit on designing proper heat treatment processes and improving the comprehensive mechanical properties of the composites. For this purpose, this project intends to study the effect of the introduction of SiC reinforcements on the matrix aging precipitation sequence of SiC reinforced Al-Mg-Si based composites, including the effects of the SiC volume fraction and granularity, and aging temperature on the matrix aging precipitation sequence of the composites.
