中文摘要: 在信息安全领域内,用于生成密钥对和加密算法参量的随机数起到了重要作用。由于伪随机数本身是可预测的,在安全方面已渐渐无法满足要求,如何产生高质量的真随机数已成为安全领域的重要研究议题之一。随着非线性理论的发展和完善,混沌行为给真随机数发生器的设计提供了新的理论依据和实现方法。项目主要研究一种基于电流模式高维射频混沌的真随机数发生器。从构建N维多方向多涡卷混沌吸引子系统公式模型入手,以电流控制电流传输器为基本电路单元来实现频率可调谐的多方向多涡卷混沌吸引子射频电路。从耦合的射频混沌吸引子振荡电路同步角度,采用电流比较器和电流模采样保持电路来设计与实现真随机数发生器。最后,基于安全哈希算法的数据后处理技术平衡真随机数发生器的比特系列分布,并通过相关的统计测试。本项目的研究将在一定程度上实现多方向多涡卷混沌吸引子芯片电路的高频振荡和频率可调谐,同时为基于混沌的真随机数发生器的进一步研究提供新思路。

英文摘要: In the security field, random numbers have important applications such as generating keys and the parameters of the encryption. Pseudo random numbers cannot meet the increasingly security requirements gradually since they are predictable, and how to generate true random numbers with good quality is one of the most important issues in security field. With the development of the theory of nonlinear systems, the behavior of chaos has provided new theory foundation and realization for Truly Random Number Generator (TRNG). This project mainly research and design a TRNG based on current-mode high dimensional radio frequency chaos. Project begins with the construction of a system formula model of N-dimensional multi-directional multi-scroll chaotic attractors, employs complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor transistor current controlled current conveyor basic circuit elements to achieve frequency tunable multi-directional multi-scroll chaotic attractors radio frequency circuit. From the synchronized perspective of the coupled radio frequency chaotic attractors oscillator circuits, this project adopt the current comparator and current-mode sample and hold circuit to design and achieve TRNG. Finally, we use a data post-processing technique based on the secure Hash algorithm to balance the distribution of the TRNG bits series and manage those bits series to pass the statistical tests. Research will realize high frequency oscillation and frequency tunable of the multi-directional multi-scroll chaotic attractors chip circuit in some degree, and also provide new ideas for further research of TRNG based on chaos.
