中文摘要: 本项目开展信号稀疏表示理论的广义测不准原理研究。其研究重点是,对正交基集、非正交基集及框架在不同范数下的Heisenberg和熵广义测不准原理的理论进行数学推导。探讨信号能够用正交基集、非正交基集以及框架等最佳稀疏表示的条件、最佳稀疏表示的范数与熵等价的理论条件、工程判据以及选择基函数集的快速算法等,即给定基函数集和信号,根据理论条件和工程判据确定该基函数集稀疏表示信号的适应性,通过遴选算法来确定最佳稀疏表示的基函数集。通过本项目研究,力争完善信号稀疏表示的理论,改善稀疏表示广义测不准原理的适用性。

英文摘要: This project mainly studies the generalized uncertainty principles on sparse representation. The important research aspects are as follows: the mathematical proofs and derivations of generalized Heisenberg and entropic uncertainty principles for orthogonal base sets, non-orthogonal base sets and frames. This project will search the best conditions that the signal can be represented sparsely by orthogonal base sets, non-orthogonal base sets and frames, and the equivalent conditions of norm and entropy that the signal can be best represented sparsely, and the rules of engineering applications for the fast searching of best bases. Namely, according to the conditions and rules, for given signals and bases, the bounds of sparse representation and the best base sets can be obtained. The main aim of this project is that these research results will be primarily to contribute to a better improvement of sparse representation and solve the problem of engineering applications for these uncertainty principles.
