中文摘要: 液压型风力发电机组采用定量泵-变量马达柔性传动与励磁同步发电机配合,降低了风力发电机组机舱重量,提高了发电质量,降低了电网冲击。但当电网故障或扰动引起风电场并网点电压跌落时,液压型机组穿越这个低电压区域的机理及控制方法尚不明确。为有效解决这一问题,本项目拟开展以下研究:(1)研究风力机瞬态能量存储与释放规律,提出液压型机组快速变桨距弃风控制方法;(2)研究发电机电磁转矩和无功功率的瞬态响应特性,提出液压型机组低电压穿越控制原则;(3)研究定量泵-变量马达液压传动系统的瞬态响应规律,提出低电压穿越过程中液压系统快速调整传输有功功率和稳定马达输出转速等多目标优化控制策略;(4)研究液压型机组变桨距控制、液压系统控制和发电机控制的协同控制机制,提出低电压穿越的综合控制策略。本项目研究将为提高液压型机组低电压穿越能力,获得电网友好性能,实现应用推广奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: Wind turbine generator system driven by hydrostatic drivetrain(HWTG) used the fixed-displacement pump/variable motor of flexible transmission cooperated with excitation synchronous generator, decreasing the weight of engine room of Wind turbine generator system, improving the quality of the power generation, reducing the impact of power grids. But when the grid fault or disturbance which cause network voltage drops of the wind farm, the characteristics and control method of Low Voltage Ride Through (LVRT) of HWTG is unclear. To solve this problem,the project intends to carry out the following researches:(1)we will study on the law of transient energy storage and release of wind turbine, and propose the control method of rapid variable propeller pitch of HWTG.(2)we will study on the transient response characteristics of electromagnetic torque of generator and reactive power, and propose the control rule of LVRT of HWTG.(3)we will study on the transient response rules of hydraulic transmission system used fixed-displacement pump/variable motor, propose multiple target optimization control strategy ,including hydraulic system adjust transport active power fastly and stable motor output speed and so on during the process of LVRT.(4)According to the pitch-controlled and the coordination control rule of the hydraulic system and the generator, we will put forward a integrated control strategy on LVRT. The study of this project will lay a theoretical foundation for improving low voltage through the process stability of HWTG,achieving friendly performance of power grid and realizing the extension of application.
