中文摘要: 无溶剂条件下合成介孔催化材料能够最大限度提高生产效率、降低安全隐患和环境污染,从而达到降低生产成本的目的,是典型的绿色路线。尽管我们已经在无溶剂条件下合成了介孔磷酸铝材料,然而介孔硅铝材料的无溶剂合成还没有被报道。这是由于合成磷酸铝的起始原料可以通过酸碱反应实现缩聚,而硅铝材料必须通过硅源的水解实现缩聚,而在无溶剂的条件下,硅源的水解聚合是非常困难的。在本项目中,我们在深刻理解无机物种在无溶剂的条件下分散和水解缩聚机理的基础上,尝试在无溶剂条件下合成系列介孔硅铝材料,研究其稳定性和酸催化性能;在成功合成硅铝材料的基础上,把过渡金属杂原子(Co,Fe和Cr等)引入到介孔骨架中,选择烯烃的氧化为模型反应,系统研究含杂原子介孔硅基材料的催化性能。

英文摘要: Synthesis of mesoporous materials in the absence of solvents is of great importance due to the increasing the efficieny, reducing the safety threat in the process as well as the damage to the environmental, which can be regarded as the green routes. We have reported the "solvent-free" synthesis of mesoporous aluminophosphates and heteroatom-substituted aluminophosphates from a mixture of raw materials. However, synthesis of mesoporous aluminosilicates have not been reported yet. Notably, it is more difficult to prepare mesoporous aluminosilicates in the absence of solvents than aluminophosphates.The starting materials for aluminophosphates can be formed and condensed via acid-alkali reactions, which can not work in the case of aluminosilicates. Silica source have to be hydrolyzed before condensation, which is much difficult in the absence of solvents. In this project,we would like to prepare mesoporous aluminosilicates and heteroatom-substituted aluminosilicates in the absence of solvents based on the understanding the diffusion and condensation mechanism of solid inorganic materials in the absence of solvents. Furthermore, stability of these mesoporous materials and catalytic performance in acidic catalysis and oxidation of olefins would be systemically investigated.
