中文摘要: 从知识团队建设面临的实际问题出发,试图1发现团队、个体两个层面的共生演化机理、个体层面到团队层面的涌现机理、团队层面到个体层面的反馈机理;2如何利用机理解释团队发展过程中的现象,为管理者提供团队组建、建设、诊断、评价和管理实践的决策支持。为此,针对人和团队复杂性及传统方法缺乏数据的研究难点,提出了情感与知识相结合的研究视角,以复杂自适应系统(CAS)理论为指导把团队作为CAS进行计算实验的研究方法。本方法通过建立包含心理和社会特征的拟人化agent模型及具有涌现性的人工团队,搭建计算实验平台,经过计算实验获取团队生命周期的大量行为数据,再利用该数据揭示深层机理。在此过程中利用实例分析和应用分析校准模型。本项目的特色在于:从系统复杂性入手,把研究深度从行为层面深入到心理层面;针对现实的社会人,引入情感和人格等心理特征把感性与理性相结合建模;采用CAS理论和拟人化Agent技术的计算实验方法。

英文摘要: Starting from some practical problems faced by knowledge team building, this project attempts to discover the symbiotic evolution mechanisms in both individual and team levels and the emerging mechanism from individual level to team level; furthermore, utilizing these mechanisms to explain the phenomenon of team developing process provides managers with decision supporting of teams' establishing, building, diagnosis, evaluation and management practice. For this purpose, aiming at the difficulties of human-beings and team complexity together with the data lacking problem in the tradition methods, the project raises the research perspective of combining affection and knowledge, using complex adaptive system (CAS) theory to guide the research method that considers team as CAS to implement computational experiments. This method through establishing personification agent models including psychological and social characteristic along with artificial team with emergence, building the experiment platform, and acquiring a large number of behavior data during the team life cycle, uses these data to reveal the deeper mechanism. During this process we utilize instance analysis and applied analysis to adjust models. The characteristics of this project are going deep into psychology level rather than behavior level from the perspective of the system complexity, building models combining emotional and rational factors by introducing psychological characteristics such as affection and personality, and utilizing the computational experiment method based on CAS theory and personification agent technology.
