中文摘要: 目前,对包含PBDEs及各种替代品在内的多种溴化阻燃剂(BFRs)复合污染的生态风险评估由于缺乏基础毒性数据及毒性机理研究的支撑而难以实施。本课题拟以典型PBDEs物质及4种新型BFRs为例,通过人工土壤、半野外模拟及污染场地实地调查结合,探讨BFRs单一及复合污染对代表性土壤无脊椎动物(蚯蚓)个体水平的毒理效应;从污染物的化学结构、生物可利用性差异、作用途径、代谢过程、遗传毒性、细胞毒性等角度分析毒性效应机理,筛选生物标志物;构建BFRs土壤复合污染生态毒理诊断多指标体系,提出BFRs土壤环境基准;选择京津地区典型BFRs污染场地,进行污染场地生态毒理诊断,评估生态风险。本研究将为BFRs土壤污染的生物学监测和土壤修复提供数据支持,揭示以无脊椎动物作为BFRs污染指示生物的预警作用,为BFRs的生态风险评价和安全合理使用提供依据。

英文摘要: Several brominated flame retandants(BFRs), POPs or the possible "emerging" POPs, are selected as the target compounds in this project. Laboratory test, simulated ecosystem, and eco-survey methods were combined to depict joint toxicity of the "emerging" POPs on representative soil microfauna, earthworms. The toxic mechnisms of the joint pollution on earthworms are to be quantified by the analysis of the chemicals structure, bioavailability to earthworms, dynamic response of physiology and tissue structure, metabolic toxicity, genotoxity and cytotoxicity of earthworms.Biomarkers are to be screened,and then indicatores and environmental thresholds for eco-toxicological diagnosis are to be set. The BFRs exposure level in soils of Beijing and Tianjin suburbs are to be explored, and the risk of the polluted sites are assessed by combining the results of the eco-toxicologicla diagnosis and chemical analysis. The results of the project will be one of the scientific evidences on depicting the precautionary effects by the soil microfauna as the indicators for POPs pollution, provide technical support for the management of POPs-related chemicals.
