中文摘要: 微型动力装置是提供微机电系统(MEMS)持续稳定能量的重要途径,特别是基于微燃烧的动力装置具有能量转换效率高和功率密度高的优势,成为国内外研究热点。在前期对微型自由活塞动力装置着火过程和燃烧稳定性的研究基础上,本项目提出开展微型HCCI自由活塞动力装置工作过程及热动力学模型研究。采用可视化实验与准循环装置测试相结合的方法,研究装置的启动过程、进排气和燃烧过程以及自由活塞动力学过程,获取自由活塞运动图像、燃烧图像、燃烧压力以及温度的变化特征;建立考虑微小尺度效应的装置工作过程中的热力学及动力学模型,包括装置启动过程能量预测模型、微自由活塞动力学模型、微燃烧(含催化燃烧)化学动力学模型以及微小尺度下传热模型、泄漏模型,获取启动过程自由活塞最低能量准则、混合气临界着火燃烧条件、负载条件下自由活塞动力特性及示功图,确定微型动力装置的能量转换效率、做功能力等评价指标,并研制原型样机。

英文摘要: Being a significant way of providing sustained and stable power for micro electro mechanical system (MEMS), micro power device, especially based on the advantage of high energy conversion efficiency and high power density, has become a research hot at home and abroad. Based on the early research of ignition process and combustion stability of micro free piston power device, the study of operation process and thermal dynamic model of micro HCCI free piston power device are presented. Through visualization experiment and quasi cyclic practicle device measurement, the starting process, intake and exhaust process and combustion process, as well as free piston kinetic process, are studied to obtain the free piston motion picture, combustion picture, and the characteristics of combustion pressure and temperature. The models of thermodynamic and kinetic of the device in the working process are established, consisting of initial kinetic energy forecasting model, micro free piston dynamic model, micro combustion model (including catalytic combustion), heat transfer model and leakage model in small scale. The minimum energy standards of free piston on starting process are obtained. The critical combustion conditions of mixture gas, and as well as the dynamic characteristics and indicator diagram of free piston with loads are also obtained. The evaluation indexes for energy conversion efficiency and the work capacity of micro power device are determined.Based on the experimental and numeriacal results the prototype of micro free piston device will be developed.
