中文摘要: 新疆三山夹两盆 的独特地形特征以及差异较大的气候特点,形成了颇具特色的森林资源类型,尤其是特色林果业的发展已成为新疆经济发展的支柱产业。林木的健康生长直接影响新疆生态环境的改善和农民经济收入的提高,还关系到新疆社会稳定和发展。而林木腐烂病的大面积发生已经严重威胁到新疆林果业的健康发展。本项目拟通过形态学、多项基因联合法与病理学相结合的方法,对新疆林木腐烂病病菌进行系统研究,明确新疆主要林木腐烂病菌的种类及其适应性规律;解析同一病原菌与同一寄主的不同品种组合之间的致病差异,明确其致病性类型及特征;揭示新疆林木腐烂病菌多样性的基因型。为进一步研究该病害病原菌的致病机理及制定防控措施提供理论依据,同时也为新疆培养森林病理方面的专业研究人员。

英文摘要: Three Mountains clip basins unique topographical features and large differences climate characteristics in Xinjiang, forming a distinctive type of forest resources, especially the development of specialty fruit industry has become a pillar industry in Xinjiang's economic development. Directly affect the healthy growth of trees to improve the ecological environment and increase farmers' income, but also related to social stability and development of Xinjiang. The large area of forest rot disease occurrence has been a serious threat to the healthy development of the fruit industry. The project intends systematic study major forest types and adaptability of rot pathogen by morphology, multiple gene combination method combined with pathology with Xinjiang trees rot; Resolve the same pathogen and pathogenic differences between different varieties of the same host combination, the pathogenic types and features; Reveal the trees rot pathogen diversity of genotype in Xinjiang. Provide a theoretical basis for further study of the pathogenesis of the disease pathogens and to develop prevention and control measures, but also for the training of professional researchers in forest pathology in Xinjiang.
