中文摘要: 甘草是新疆分布量大、药用价值高的主要药用植物资源之一,对新疆经济的发展具有重要意义。多样化的内生细菌资源对甘草生产具有促进生长和提高抗逆性的作用。本研究以新疆特色药用植物甘草为材料,以其内生细菌为研究对象,利用传统和现代分子生物学技术,研究内生细菌资源多样性,从理论上揭示新疆甘草植物内生细菌的优势种群及内生细菌的多样性与生态环境及宿主植物的相关性,明确多样性形成机制;并在此基础上,研究甘草内生细菌的生物固氮、生物调节、促进生长和提高抗逆性等特性,为本地区甘草的优质高效生产提供理论依据。项目的完成可以获得一批甘草生产中具有潜在应用前景的功能菌株,将内生细菌促进植物生长的优良特性及其与生态环境的最佳匹配与甘草生产结合起来,形成在新疆干旱半干旱荒漠区高效生长、保持水土的内生细菌-甘草植物体系。

英文摘要: Glycyrrhiza is one of the main medicinal plant resources in Xinjiang, which have the characteristics of large distribution and high medicinal value. Licorice have the important significance to the economic development of Xinjiang. Diversity of endophytic bacteria can promote growth and improve resistance on licorice production. This study take the characteristic medicinal plant of Xinjiang- - Glycyrrhiza species as materials, with its endophytic bacteria as object, with the traditional and modern molecular biological techniques as methods, to study the diversity of endophytic bacteria. The aim is to reveal the dominant populations of the endophytic bacteria isolated from Glycyrrhiza species in Xinjiang, and the relationship among the diversity of endophytic bacteria, the ecological environment and the host plants, to find out the formation mechanism of diversity. Based on these researches, to study the biological nitrogen fixation, biological regulation, promote growth, improve resistance and other property of endophytic bacteria, which can provide a theoretical basis to the good quality and efficient production of the licorice in Xinjiang.
