中文摘要: 本项目将基于纳米级标准CMOS工艺,研究高精度超高速和低精度极高速D/A转换器的系统结构和优化技术,突破随机温度计译码、高动态性能提升、射频采样开关、多倍内插、有效位数保障、超高速数据同步及接口、时钟管理、单位电流源阵列匹配、时域交织结构误差校准等关键技术,探索高压供电低压MOS管的电路保护技术,最终研制超高速D/A转换器验证芯片样品,为超高速D/A转换器工程化提供技术参考。项目预期申请专利3项,发表论文6-8篇,其中SCI论文3篇以上。

英文摘要: This project studies the system architectures and optimization techniques of the high-precision and ultra-high-speed D/A converter, as well as those of the low-precision but very-high-speed D/A converter,based on the nanometer standard CMOS technology. The project will achieve breakthroughs in random thermometer decoding, high dynamic performance, RF sampling switch, multiple interpolation, effective number of bits, ultra-high-speed data synchronization and interface, clock management, current source array matching, error calibration of time interleaved structure, and other key technologies. Simultaneously, the project will explore protection technologies of low-voltage MOSFET circuit applying a high voltage power supply. Finally, develop chip samples of the ultra-high-speed D/A converter, which provides technical reference to make the ultra-high-speed D/A converter engineered. The project will apply for 3 patents, and publish 6-8 papers, of which the SCI journal papers will be more than 3.
