中文摘要: 随着通信、军事以及IT行业的发展,微波材料已经广泛应用在社会的各个领域,相应领域的发展同时也要求着微波材料向高性能和微型化发展。在这方面,铁磁薄膜由于具有厚度薄及磁导率高的特性正受到越来越多的关注。但铁磁薄膜仍存在两大缺陷。一方面,它的表面电导率太高,容易导致微波阻抗失配,从而严重影响微波性能。另一方面,铁磁薄膜的磁性能可控性较差,难以通过镀膜工艺调整磁参数,从而影响其应用的广泛性。在本人及项目组的大量研究基础上,本项目提出一种基于图形化和多层设计的铁磁薄膜。一方面,通过图形化切断表面电流,降低其表面电导率。另一方面,利用图形化和多层设计改变薄膜的磁矩分布,提高磁性能,达到磁性能可调。本项目结合微磁学和磁共振损耗理论,对铁磁薄膜进行设计分析所制备出的多层图形化铁磁薄膜微波损耗机制,为磁性微纳器件的研究提供工艺基础,加深微波磁学的理论研究并为微波材料提供新的思路和理论基础。

英文摘要: With the development of communications, military, and the IT industry, microwave materials have been widely used in all areas of society. Meanwhile, the development of the corresponding area also requires high performance and miniaturization of microwave materials. In this regard, the ferromagnetic films are attracting more and more attention due to its thin thickness and high permeability characteristics. However, the surface conductivity of the ferromagnetic film will lead to the microwave impedance mismatch, which would seriously affect the microwave performance. On the other hand, the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic thin films can hardly be controlled by modifying coating process parameters. This would impact the films' wide application. Based on my and our group's plentiful research work, we propose ferromagnetic films based on graphical and multi-layer design. Surface current are cut out by graphical pattern, and the use of graphics and multi-layer design changes the magnetic moment distribution of the film to improve magnetic properties, and to achieve the adjustable magnetic performance. Combined with micro-magnetic and magnetic resonance loss theory, this project design the ferromagnetic thin film and analysis the microwave loss mechanisms of prepared multi-layer graphical ferromagnetic thin film,
