中文摘要: 当前,与能源、环境等相关的柔性纳米发电机的制备及其应用研究越来越受关注。近几年研究者们在ZnO基纳米发电机领域取得了举世瞩目的成绩,但已报道的ZnO纳米结构的存在机械能收集效率低的问题,这使得纳米发电机的输出效率偏低,阻碍了纳米发电机的进一步发展。针对这一瓶颈问题,本项目提出了基于碳纳米管(CNT)纤维耦合嵌入式纳米结构的纳米发电机:1)引入高性能CNT纤维支架,利用CNT纤维的优异的电学、力学性能来增强发电机的柔韧性,降低机械能损耗,进而提高输出效率和使用寿命;2)采用静电纺丝技术结合传统直流溅射工艺来制备纳米纤维嵌入式ZnO复合纳米薄膜,通过嵌入纳米纤维的微结构来增强发电机的纳米单元的激活密度,并提高纤维基纳米发电机的使用寿命;3)利用CNT纤维与嵌入式纳米结构之间的耦合效应来进一步提高纳米发电机的发电效率、使用寿命。本研究的顺利实施将为制备高性能纤基纳米发电机提供科学的理论指导。

英文摘要: Now, the preparation and applications of flexible nanogenerator, which are concerned with energy source and environment, have attracted more and more attention. Researchers have made remarkable achievements in the field of ZnO-based nanogenerators during recent years.However, the reported ZnO nanostructures have shown a low mechanical energy harvesting efficiency, which makes the output efficiency of nanogenerators rather low, hindering the further development of nanogenerators. To solve this bottleneck problem, this project proposes a nanogenerator based on the coupling between carbon nanotube (CNT) fibers and embedded ZnO nanostructures. The scope of this porject is: 1) Introducing high-performance CNT fiber scaffolds, utilizing their excellent eletrical and mechanical properites to enhance the flexibility of nanogenerators, to reduce energy loss, thereby to increase the output efficiency and life time. 2) Employing electrospinning technique combined with the traditional DC sputtering to prepare nanofiber-embedded ZnO composite nanofilms, to utilize the embedded nanofibers' microsctructure to enhance the excitation density of nanocell in the generators, and improve fiber nanogenerator's life time. 3) Utilizing the coupling between CNT fiber and embedded nanostructure to further enhance the power generation ef
