中文摘要: 粒计算和多源信息融合是当前人工智能,特别是智能信息处理领域非常活跃的研究方向,它们都模拟人类思考模式,以处理大规模复杂数据和信息等建立有效的计算模型为目标。本课题以模糊和随机环境下的信息系统和形式背景为对象,以粗糙集、随机集、概念格、证据理论为工具,研究多源信息复杂系统的信息融合、粒计算以及知识获取的理论与方法。主要内容包括:(1)多源信息系统的信息粒度的表示与融合研究;(2)多源信息系统的属性约简与规则提取研究;(3)多源信息系统基于粒计算的信息融合算法研究;(4)多源信息融合的不确定性分析研究。本项目研究成果不但能够丰富粒计算和信息融合理论,为复杂系统的数据挖掘及不确定性分析提供新的理论和方法,而且对空间数据分析等应用领域有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: Granular computing and multi-source information fusion are currently two new vivid directions in the research fields of artificial intelligence, especially, for intelligent information processing. They imitate human being's thinking and their objectives are to establish effective computation models for dealing with large scale complex data and information. By using the tools of rough sets, random sets, concept lattices and the evidence theory, the main objective of this project is to investigate theory and approach to information fusion, granular computing and knowledge acquisition in multi-source information systems and formal contexts under the fuzzy and random environment. It will be realized through the following specific goals: (1) To build models for the representation and emerging of information granularities from multi-source information systems; (2) To explore theory and approach of attribute reduction and rule induction in multi-source information systems; (3) To study algorithms of information fusion based on granular computing in multi-source information systems; (4) To investigate uncertainty analysis for multi-source information fusion.
