中文摘要: 本项目拟以高VA含量的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVM)/聚乳酸(PLA)共混物为基体材料,考察共混比例、硫化剂用量、有机/无机纳米填料分散性、填料与聚合物基体的相互作用以及高分子结晶形态对材料阻尼性能的影响,探讨不同的阻尼机理。同时,对优化的在宽温宽频下具有高阻尼性能的EVM/聚乳酸PLA共混多相复合体系实施物理和化学发泡,研究硫化发泡动力学,找到多相结构硫化速率与发泡速率的最佳匹配点,并阐明加工工艺参数对泡孔结构及密度的影响。在以上研究基础上,揭示共混体系实现粘弹阻尼与多孔阻尼充分叠加的关键影响因素;最终,期望通过配方与工艺条件的优化,制备具有多孔结构的EVM/PLA基环境友好型高性能阻尼材料。

英文摘要: Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with high VA content (shorted in EVM) and Polylactic acid (shorted in PLA) will be the examined matrix blends. Effects of blending ratio, content of curing agent,the dispersion of some inorganic and organic hybid fillers,the interaction between fillers and matrix blends and the crystalline phase on the damping performance of blends will be investigated and the damping mechanism is one of the research focuses. A high damping performance blend of EVM/PLA with multi-phases at wider temperature range and wider frenquency range would be prepared optimally based on the above research work. Then foaming will be implemented on the optimum EVM/PLA blend by using physical or chemical blowing agents.The kinetics of foaming and curing will be examined and the best match point for curing rate and foaming rate will be investigated. The effects of processing parameters during curing and foaming on the foam cell strutures and density will be studied as well. DMA will be used to measure the damping factor of blends tanδ. The sound absorption coefficient will be obtained using a two-microphone impedance tube.The key influence factors on the superposition of viscoelastic damping and porous damping will be discussed and investigated It is expected that a high performance environment friendly
