中文摘要: 为了使电连接器的贮存寿命评估满足某型号装备定寿延寿工作的要求,需要在加速贮存试验中计入型号的测试、运输、训练和战备值班等因素对电连接器贮存寿命的影响,此时,试验演变为具有时域交互作用间歇应力的综合应力加速试验,现有的综合应力加速试验理论和方法不足以支持试验的实施。针对该问题,项目以型号上电连接器的贮存寿命评估为应用背景,以型号上广泛使用且结构材料均具有代表性的Y11X型小圆形电连接器为研究对象,以对电连接器贮存寿命影响最大的库存-测试组合试验剖面为突破点,基于电连接器在库存和测试过程中的性能退化机理,提出针对时域交互作用间歇应力的综合应力加速试验方法,建立与之对应的可靠性统计模型、数据分析方法及试验方案优化设计理论和方法,形成面向任务剖面的贮存寿命加速评估理论和方法,实现型号上电连接器的贮存寿命评估。

英文摘要: In order to make the evaluation of electrical connector storage life to meet the needs of equipment life prediction and life extension work, it is need to consider the effects of factors which includes model testing, transportation, training and combat readiness on duty on the electrical connector life in accelerated storage test, in the case that the test evolve into multiple stresses accelerated test in which there is interactions between intermittent stresses in time domain. For the problem that the current multiple stresses accelerated test theory and method is insufficient to support the implementation of the test, taking Y11X type circular electrical connector as the research object which has typical structure and material and is widely used in models, breaking through the inventory -test combined test profile which has the greatest impact on the electrical connector storage life, a multiple stresses accelerated test method considering intermittent stresses interactions in time domain is proposed based on performance degradation mechanism of electrical connectors in inventory and testing process for the storage life evaluation of electrical connector on a certain type equipment.
