中文摘要: 纳米尺度的固体催化剂在石油化工行业扮演着核心角色。利用结构精确的金属纳米晶作为模型催化剂,有助于揭示影响石油化工催化氢化反应过程的关键因素,开发出新型高效催化剂。本项目拟针对石油化工行业应用最为普遍的催化加氢反应,开展合金纳米晶模型催化剂的可控制备与构效关系研究。根据纳米催化材料的特点,本项目将从小尺寸(< 5 nm)合金纳米晶的调控合成入手,精确控制纳米晶催化剂的尺寸、形貌、组成与表面清洁度,选取若干具有代表性的催化氢化反应过程,如苯酚与碳酸亚乙酯(苯环大π键与羰基C=O双键)的选择性催化氢化,考察合金纳米晶催化剂在加氢催化反应中影响其活性、选择性的关键因素。旨在开发出具有工业应用前景的廉价、高效新型纳米合金催化剂。

英文摘要: Nanosized solid catalysts play a central role in petrochemical industry. Model catalytic studies on basis of well-defined nano-catalysts will help us in revealing the key factors of the industrial chemical processes. This project aims to develop synthetic protocols for well-defined nanocrystals and investigate their structure-property relationship in phenol and ethylene carbonate selective hydrogenation. According to the features of catalytic materials, the project focuses on sub-5 nm metallic nanocrystals. By controlling their size, shape, composition and surface chemistry, these materials will be used in phenol and ethylene carbonate selective hydrogenation to correlate the structure and performance. On basis of these results, efforts will be made to apply above-mentioned nanocrystal catalysts in practical industry.
