中文摘要: 由于来源丰富、使用简便及潜在的工业应用前景,以可见光驱动的有机反应近年来引起了人们的广泛关注。然而可见光反应中使用的自由基前体仍十分有限,目前绝大多数的研究都集中在重氮盐、活化的烷基卤化物、胺、烯烃、三氟甲基试剂上。本项目拟研究若干种不同类型的底物,探索其与光催化剂进行单电子转移产生自由基的可能性,丰富和拓展可见光促进有机反应的内容。此外,生成的自由基可以被不同的试剂捕获,我们还可以设计基于自由基的串联反应来为一些重要的环状化合物提供快速有效、高选择性地合成方法。

英文摘要: As a result of its natural abundance, ease of use, and promising application in industry, the use of visible-light as a driving force for chemical reactions has received much attentions in recent years. However, the radical precursors for the visible-light-induced reactions are rather limited. Most of present researches focused on the reactions using diazonium salts,activated haloalkanes, amines, alkenes and trifluoromethylation reagents as the precursors. In this preject, we will explore several different types of substrates and their possibility for the generation of radicals via single-electron transfer with photocatalyst, leading to the visible-light induced reaction with remarkable applications and enriched contents. In addition, the generated radicals are supposed to be trapped by various substrates, then we can design efficient methods for the rapid construction of some important cyclic compounds based on tendem radical reactions.
