The fish stress response caused by density stress is a major cause of farmed fish increasing susceptibility to pathogens and decline of the survival rate.In this study,we take the Atlantic salmon as the research object, breeding density and the closed circulating water system as the research conditions, analyze the critical point of the closed circulating water farmed Atlantic salmon’s stress state caused by breeding density, screen the molecular biomarkers and parameters of the physiological and biochemical which suitable to describe the stress state of Atlantic salmon, reveal the relationship between Atlantic salmon growth state and non-specific immune factors under stress state density, discuss the physiological response and low of immune response of Atlantic salmon under the action of density stress. At the same time,we Research and analysis the relationship between the hypothalamus - pituitary - thyroid - liver shaft and Atlantic salmon growth and nonspecific immune as well as the mechanism of action,In order from histology, molecular biology, developmental biology and endocrine pathway system to illustrate the breeding density effects on growth and disease resistance of the Atlantic salmon, improve the regulatory mechanism of environmental factors on fish reproductive development, master the ecological data of th
