英文摘要: In this project, we try to construct new type of organic opto-electric materials bearing high performance using sulfur/selenium/tellurium-rich heterocyclic compounds as donors and perylene diimide(PDI) as acceptors. Including: 1) to systematically explore the new fused methods of sulfur/selenium/tellurium-rich heterocyclic compounds in the bay-region of PDI; 2) to comprehensively understand the effect that chalcogen heteroatom (S, Se, Te) variation and number and alkyl chain branching of organic semiconductors have on self-assemble, optical and physical properties; 3) to construct organic optoelectronic devices, such as field effect transistors and solar cells, and study the effect that device structure and annealing temperature have on opto-electric and charge carrier properties.
