中文摘要: 针对开关电源日益苛刻的动态性能要求,结合数字控制技术和现代控制技术,研究了基于电容充放电平衡原理(Charge Balance Control CBC)的控制算法。基于该控制算法的数字控制器保证电源系统在大信号负载电流与输入电压扰动下,在最短的时间内使电感电流和输出电压同时达到新的稳态值, 从而使输出电压跌落/过冲幅度最小,系统恢复时间最短,使系统达到最佳的动态性能。通过分析电感电流、电容电压在负载电流或输入电压扰动以后的变化规律,准确地预测系统的动态响应,推导出开关器件导通和关断的最佳切换时间,为控制器的设计提供充分的理论依据,并分别用仿真和实验验证了所研究控制算法的正确性和有效性。最后,将CBC控制算法移植于Boost、Buck-Boost以及隔离型电源变换器,根据不同变换器的数学模型推导出提高各类功率变换器动态性能的控制算法,实现了CBC控制算法在其它拓扑结构变换器上分析和应用。与现有控制算法相比,该控制算法具有稳定精度高、动态响应快等优点,为新一代开关电源系统的动态性能优化设计提供了坚实的理论和实验基础。

英文摘要: Combined with digital control and modern control theory, a control algorithm based on Charge Balance Control(CBC) is proposed to improve the dynamic performance of the switching power. By using the proposed control scheme in a transient process, the induct current and the output voltage of the DC/DC converter reach their steady state with the minimum overshoot/undershoot and recovery time, so the optimal performance is obtained. With the theoretical analysis of the induct current and the output voltage's dynamic response, the proposed algorithm predicts the switching time of the switcher, which provide adequate foundation for the control system design, the simulation results and the experimental results of the prototype show that, the proposed algorithm can significantly improve the dynamic performance of the DC/DC converters. Finally, the proposed algorithm is applied to Boost/Buck-Boost/isolated converters, compared with the traditional control algorithm, it has the high stabilization accuracy and the fast dynamic response, which provides a new idea for the optimal design of the switching power system.
